We have generally forgotten how to walk. We take an vehicle at the door of our house. We use the lift at the office. After the office hours are over, we return home in the same way. Walking too little affects our health and leads to many diseases. In those days, walking was more common. The body was healthy.

Walk for twenty or thirty minutes every day. You don’t need to run fast or walk until you’re out of breath. Just walk as much as your body tells you to. Walking is good. It’s even better to walk barefoot on the ground, on grass, or on pebbles. Make walking a habit. Let’s protect our health.
